Culinary Program
From pasta to meat dishes, our culinary program allows students to learn the fundamentals of prepping, preparing, cooking and serving a variety of entrees and desserts. Taught by a very experienced mentor, our students engage in the program after school in two programs. We offer a beginning and advanced class with lots of opportunities to explore and learn new recipes from various sources. Several activities such as a student vs. staff cook-off competition are a few of the highlights offered in the program.
